Title IX Resources

If you or someone you know has been affected by sexual misconduct, help is available.

Dallas College Title IX Coordinators

If you believe you or someone you know has been subjected to sexual misconduct by Dallas College faculty or staff, or by a student of or visitor to Dallas College, you may report this misconduct to the Title IX coordinator at the appropriate campus and/or to campus or local police.

Dallas College Campus Police

You may file a police report with campus police for sexual assaults occurring on campus or with local police for sexual assaults occurring off-campus.

When sexual misconduct is reported, both a Title IX investigation and criminal investigation may occur at the same time. Regardless of whether a person chooses to pursue a criminal complaint, Dallas College will investigate the incident at issue and take appropriate, responsive action. Sexual misconduct will not be tolerated in the college community.
