What do Prepaid Plans pay?
In-district or out-of-district tuition for eligible students
What do Prepaid Plans NOT pay?
Out-of-state or out-of-country tuition
If your residency status is out-of-state or out-of-country, we will bill the Plan at the in-district or out-of-district rate. Contact a Sponsored Billing Team member for help in determining if you are eligible for a residency waiver to pay the difference in tuition.
Third attempt charges
If you are charged additional credit tuition because you are taking a class for the third or subsequent time, you will be responsible for paying and additional $50 per credit hour.
How do I use my TGTP or TTPF benefits?
Texas Guaranteed Tuition Plan (TGTP), also known as Texas Tomorrow Fund
Scan and email your TGTP ID Card to SponsoredBilling@DallasCollege.edu to request tuition sponsorship. Include your student ID, the semester, and your name in the email. You must make a sponsorship request each semester that wish to use your TGTP benefits.
Texas Tuition Promise Fund (TTPF)
The Purchaser should authorize the use of units at texastuitionpromisefund.com at least 2 weeks prior to the tuition payment deadline each semester. Dallas College must be selected as your educational institution.
Once you have been authorized on the TTPF portal, scan and email a copy of your authorization to SponsoredBilling@DallasCollege.edu. Include your student ID, the semester, and your name in the email.
