Forgot/Reset Password Page Content If you forget your RapidID password to log in to your my.DallasCollege.edu account, follow these steps to reset your password. Step 1: Go to RapidID Login Page Log in to RapidID here (please bookmark it) with your login ID (for example: e9876543@hs.DallasCollege.edu) and select “Go.” Select "Forgot Password" to change your password. Step 2: Check Your High School Email Account You will receive an email with an authentication code. Type in the code and select “Go” to reset your password. Step 3: Create a New Password Follow the requirements and enter a new password twice. Select “Go” to finish the password reset process. Step 4: Select Pictograph Images Select one of your three images at each set for three times. Complete the process by typing your login ID and selecting “Next” to access my.DallasCollege.edu.
