In compliance with the "Timely Warning" provisions of the federal Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act of 1998, Dallas College Police Department is giving notice of an alleged criminal action reported to have occurred on Dallas College District property.
Reported Offense: P.C. 21.08 – INDECENT EXPOSURE
Suspect(s):
White male, 35-years-old, wearing a blue/black shirt, blue jeans and unkept hair.
Alleged Complaint:
On Monday, August 19, 2024, at approximately 2:45 P.M., a Dallas College employee reported a male in the North Lake Campus L-building with his pants pulled down. Officers responded, identified the subject and issued a criminal trespass warning. The subject was released and left the property. A later review of the security cameras revealed the subject exposed his genitals on several occasions while seating in the lobby and was reckless about whether another was present who would be offended or alarmed by his act. A warrant will be issued for the arrest of the subject.

It is the duty of the institution to warn of possible "dangerous conditions" on or near its campus in a timely manner.

Reported Offense: Indecent Exposure at El Centro Campus
Suspect(s):
Possible Hispanic male, approximately 5’7” – 5’10”, medium build, wearing a black puffy jacket with a hood covering his head, black acid-washed jeans, possible red underwear (exposed), and black tennis shoes. He was wearing a black messenger bag across the front of his chest, with a black bandana covering the lower portion of his face.
Alleged Complaint:
Individual observed on fifth floor or Paramount Building staring into the hallway corridor window, exposing himself.
Safety Precautions for the Public:
If suspect is located, call 911 or report any suspicious activity to campus police at (972) 860-2490. A picture of the suspect from the security camera is shown below.

Reported Offense: Robbery
Suspect(s):
First suspect described as a Black male, approximately 6 foot, between the ages of fifteen and twenty, and wearing a puffy black jacket with black shorts, black sandals and a lime green backpack.
Second suspect described as a Black male, approximately 5 foot 7 inches, between the ages of fifteen and twenty, wearing a black shirt with tan pants and white sandals.
Third suspect described as a Black male, approximately 5 foot 8 inches, between the ages of fifteen and twenty, with black dreadlocks wearing a black shirt with blue jeans and black and yellow sneakers.
Fourth suspect described as a Black male, approximately 5 foot 8 inches, between the ages of fifteen and twenty, with a black Molina High School jaguars hoodie, blue jeans and white shoes.
Alleged Complaint:
On Friday, December 3, 2021, a student reported being robbed at approximately 3:45 p.m., while in the E Building, near E60. The victim indicated that four Black males surrounded the victim and threatened to knock him out, then the suspects stole the victim’s money. All four suspects fled the scene through lower West side exterior doors.

Reported Offense: Invasive Visual Recording
Suspect(s): Male suspect had thin build, was wearing an orange muscle shirt with black and white gym shorts and black Adidas sandals.
Alleged Complaint: A male stated he was being recorded while using the restroom on the lower level of T Building, on the first floor across from the weight room.
Safety Precautions for the Public: Please call the Dallas College PD at 972-860-4290 if you see the alleged suspect. Please remember to walk in pairs and remain alert in your surroundings.
