Part 1: Receive "Welcome to Dallas College

Hello everyone and welcome to setting up your Rapid Identity account. We will begin in your personal email account where you will receive an email from Dallas College and Rapid Identity.

Click on the email and make a note of your login username, copy your claim code and click on "Start Your Account Claim Process in Rapid Identity HERE."

Please input your Dallas College username which is your student number @hs.dallascollege.edu then paste the claim code you copied from the email. Click on next.

Now you have to make a password. You cannot use your name, your phone number or your birth date. You may use a combination of uppercase characters, lowercase characters, numbers and special characters such as exclamation points.

When you have finished inputting your passwords, the system will tell you if your passwords match. If they match you can click on the next button.

1. Remember your Login Username (your Dallas College student ID + @hs.dallascollege.edu; for example: e9876543@hs.dallascollege.edu)
2. Copy the claim code.
3. Start your Account Claim Process

1. Input your Login Username.
2. Paste the claim code.
3. Click "Next"

1. Follow the Dallas College Password Policy.
2. Input your password twice.
3. Click "Next"
