You may qualify if you are a State Farm employee who has completed training in one of the following job titles: Retention Specialist I Retention Specialist II Acquisition Specialist How does the College Credit Program work? State Farm employees must meet with a dedicated success coach at Dallas College to help guide them through the process. Complete a Dallas College admissions application. This step may not be necessary if you have previously attended Dallas College. Participants must complete 6 six credit hours with a “C” or higher from Dallas College. I qualify for the College Credit Program? Now what do I need to do to receive credits for my work experience? Once your supervisor confirms that you have finished the State Farm training for one of the related job titles and have finished six credit hours with a “C” or higher, you qualify to earn 12 college credits in the courses below. If you were a previous Dallas College student with 6 six college credit hours in courses other than MRKG 1311 and MRKG 2333, you might use all or some of your credit for prior learning courses towards elective hours of another degree.
