​​​​The Dallas Transfer Collaborative simplifies the transfer process for you by making it easy and friction free.

The Collaborative is a partnership between Dallas College, East Texas A&M University, Texas Woman’s University and the University of North Texas at Dallas to streamline the transfer process. All partners have committed to forming academic alignment and coordinated services to ensure your credits fully transfer into degree plans, saving you time and money.

Meta-Major Pathways

Meta-major pathways are simplified programs of study that provide mutually agreed-upon blocks of lower-division courses that will be accepted for credit toward several related majors in each field by the partnering universities. Meta-major pathways in the Dallas Transfer Collaborative include:

Transfer Central

Students should visit Transfer Central for any transfer-related issues. Transfer Central has all resources and information required for transfer to TAMUC, TWU, and UNTD. This includes real-time credit-to-degree technology where students can quickly and easily see how their credits will transfer into degrees at the participating institutions.

Frequently Asked Questions

The meta-major pathways are only guaranteed for transfer to the universities in the Collaborative. Since these are available Dallas College programs of study, students should contact a Pathway Specialist and/or Success Coach to follow the pathway for transfer to the university that they wish to attend.

The Collaborative includes programs and technologies designed to simplify a student’s transfer journey from an associate’s degree to a bachelor’s degree.

The subject areas include Business, Education, and Health Sciences with more to come.

The Collaborative was founded between Dallas College, East Texas A&M University, Texas Woman’s University, University of North Texas at Dallas, but additional institutions may be added in the future.
