VO: BankWork$ is a free eight-week training program that gives you the skills, connections, and access you need to start your financial services career today. Program graduates are guaranteed interviews with local companies hiring immediately and, on average, earn one million dollars more throughout their careers than they would have without the program.

VALERIA: So, I graduated from [from] BankWork$ in April 2015, and since then, I've been working at Pacific Western Bank, and it's been a very positive experience. I went from teller to senior teller and then to branch operations specialist, which means that now I oversee a group of five tellers. So I'm very happy and proud of that.
