WaitWell Virtual Line

​Get in line for student services without actually standing in line.

WaitWell works just like calling ahead to a restaurant to get on the list. We’ll text you when a staff member is ready to meet with you.

 

How It Works

1. Enter the virtual queue before you arrive at these offices:

  • Accessibility Services
  • Admissions
  • Career & Transfer
  • Hand In Hand (Foster Care Alumni)
  • Health Admissions
  • LGBTQ+ and Women’s Empowerment (WEN)
  • Male Achievement Program (MAP)
  • Military Connected Services
  • Pathway Specialists
  • Student Financial Resources & Scholarships
  • Success Coaching

2. Sign by computer, smartphone or a campus kiosk.

3. We’ll send you a text with:

  • Estimated wait time based on the number of people in line ahead of you
  • The ability to ask for more time to arrive
  • An alert 15 minutes before your start time

Service Hours

WaitWell operates during student services business hours. The virtual queue will close when it reaches the day's maximum capacity.

  • Mon-Thurs: 8 a.m.-7 p.m.
  • Fri: 8 a.m.-5 p.m.
