Current students and new students should follow the step-by-step instructions below to log in to Workday.
- Check the email account you provided when applying for admission for a message containing your Dallas College account login credentials.
- Visit
Self-Service Password Reset to create a new password. Your account is already configured for Self-Service Password Reset using the email you provided to Dallas College when you applied. View the
password reset guide.
- Now you’re ready to log in to your account at
My.DallasCollege.edu. Enter your username and password.
- At this point, you will be prompted to set up Multi-Factor Authentication, an additional security step used to verify a user’s identity when signing in. View the
MFA setup guide.
- After setting up MFA, verify your identity with the Authenticator app. On the My.DallasCollege.edu landing page, scroll down and click the Workday icon.
- In Workday, you will see any onboarding tasks assigned to you.
Please complete the on-boarding process within three days to avoid any delays. (Tasks are also visible by selecting “Go to My Tasks” under “Awaiting Your Action” or clicking My Tasks (inbox logo) at the top right of the screen.)
- Once you complete your onboarding tasks, you’ll receive information about next steps. For help with onboarding and admissions documents, email
CollegeCoach@DallasCollege.edu.
- Navigate to
My.DallasCollege.edu in a web browser and log in with your Dallas College username and password.
- Scroll down and click the Workday icon. You are now logged in to Workday!
- In Workday, you will see any onboarding tasks assigned to you. Please complete the on-boarding process within three days to avoid any delays. (Tasks are also visible by selecting “Go to My Tasks” under “Awaiting Your Action” or clicking My Tasks (inbox logo) at the top right of the screen.)
- After completing your tasks, you are ready to
register for Fall 2025 classes in Workday.
