Know Your Dallas College Username

For Students

Your username is the letter "e" followed by your seven-digit Student ID number (for example, e1234567).

You may notice that your Student ID is part of your student email address (e.g., e1234567@student.dcccd.edu).

For Employees

Your username is how you log in to Dallas College online services.

• Employees who started before Feb. 6, 2023 will use what is commonly referred to as a "3x4" (e.g., abc1234@dcccd.edu).
• Employees who started after Feb. 6, 2023 will have a different format. Your username is the letter "e" followed by your seven-digit Dallas College ID number and "@dcccd.edu" (for example, e1234567@dcccd.edu).
