Is an appointment required?

You do not have to schedule an appointment before visiting the clinic. Walk-ins are welcome.

Do I need to bring anything?

  • Photo ID
  • Health insurance information, if applicable

Who does the clinic treat?

The clinic is open to Dallas College students and members of the public who are seeking women’s health and wellness services.

Minors who wish to visit the clinic will first need parental/guardian consent. This can be verbal consent and is required by Parkland Health before treating a patient who is a minor.

What is the history of the mobile clinic?

The Women’s Wellness Mobile Clinic was created thanks to a grant from Communities Foundations of Texas. It launched thanks to a special partnership between Parkland Health, Trust Her, Child Poverty Action Lab and Dallas College. The ribbon cutting was held in May 2024, and the clinic became operational during the summer of 2024.
