Have you attended any college outside of Dallas College — even for just one class? If so, you must submit official transcripts for every previous college you attended. (See
frequently asked questions about the transcript evaluation process.)
We must receive and evaluate all of your transcripts before we can determine your eligibility for financial aid.
Submit all transcripts by the deadlines listed below. We will still evaluate your transcripts if we receive them after the deadline, but it will take longer for you to get aid. Have them sent to us as early as possible for the best results.
Please be prepared to pay tuition and fees with your own money until we evaluate your eligibility for aid.
Also, note that
we cannot evaluate your transcripts until you have registered for classes, so it is in your best interest to register as early as you can.
If you have an unevaluated transcript that was printed more than three years ago, you must submit a new one.
Transcript Deadlines
The deadlines for submitting transcripts for the next term are:
- Fall — May 1
- Spring — Oct. 1
- Summer — March 1
(Yes, you can still submit transcripts after the deadline. Just remember as noted above that the earlier you can submit them, the better.)
