La'Ambria Florence, a recent graduate of Mountain View College's nursing program, has been a nurse for two years now. She recently began a new job at Baylor Scott & White Medical Center in Temple, where she is the subject of a new interview in the Killeen Daily Herald.
Florence talks to the Daily Herald about her experiences in the Cardiac Care and Covid-19 Units, the importance of a calming touch with patients, and her relationship with her grandmother and aunt, who were also nurses.
