This is an example course sequence for students interested in pursuing the Associates Degree Nursing associate degree at the El Centro campus. The program offered at the North Lake Campus is under the administration and accreditation of the El Centro Campus Associate Degree Nursing Program. This guided pathway does not represent a contract, nor does it guarantee course availability. Following this pathway will help you earn an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Associate Degree Nursing. Students must earn at least 25% of the credit hours (15 hours) required for graduation through instruction by Dallas College. As of Fall 2022, a new nursing curriculum is expected to be in place. The Associate Degree Nursing program is a two-year, 60 credit hour program, leading to the Associate of Applied Science Degree. The program prepares graduates to be eligible to write the NCLEX-RN Examination to become licensed as a Registered Nurse (R.N.) in Texas. Courses that complete the degree are noted below.

West Coast University uses a Trimester system. There are three trimesters throughout the year and six total start dates (Spring I and II, Summer I and II, and Fall I and II).
