This is an example course sequence for students interested in pursuing an Engineering Technology Skills Achievement Award. It does not represent a contract, nor does it guarantee course availability. Following this pathway will help you earn a Skills Achievement Award in Advanced Manufacturing Computer Numerical Control/Computer-Aided Manufacturing. Students must earn at least 25% of the credit hours required for graduation through instruction by Dallas College. See catalog for official certificate requirements.

The Advanced Manufacturing Computer Numerical Control/Computer-Aided Manufacturing Skills Achievement Award in Engineering Technology has been developed to provide additional experiences using CNC and CAM machines and for manufacturing specialists who require ongoing training necessary for the integration of CNC and the CAM machines.

Students pursuing this certificate are waived from the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) standards, but must meet course prerequisites.
