Schedule a Room Reservation
Our process for reservations has been streamlined to ensure we're following COVID-19 protocols as we continue to monitor public facing events. In order to be in compliance and ensure everyone's safety, please click the link below to complete the Dallas College External Room Reservation Questionnaire so that our team can review and determine whether we can accommodate your request.

Please submit your request 3-4 weeks in advance of your event and note that your request will be processed in the order it was received. If we have additional questions or concerns regarding your request, you will be contacted within 2-5 business days. Otherwise, you may expect an email within 5-7 business days with our requirements to move forward in the reservations process. Dallas College policies must be observed in all cases.
