Our mission:
The Legal Department of the Dallas College provides information, guidance and advice to the Board of Trustees, chancellor and college personnel at all college locations. The Legal Department represents the Board of Trustees, but does not advise or represent Dallas College students or employees.
The Legal Staff strives to provide timely and responsible legal advice regarding a myriad of legal issues confronting the college, including litigation, elections, employment practices and compliance with state and federal laws.
