Creating and Updating Your Evolve Account

​How to create an Evolve ​user account

  1. Go to the Evolve website
  2. Click ‘Create an Account’
  3. Click ‘Register as: Student’ and fill in the required information. Then click ‘SUBMIT’
  4. Write down your username and password, then click ‘Continue’
  5. Click ‘Evolve Catalog’
  6. Click the ‘HESI EXAMS’ box and then click ‘Register for HESI’
  7. Click 'REGISTER FOR THIS NOW'
  8. Click 'REDEEM/CHECKOUT'
  9. Update your account information in the spaces provided and then click ‘CONTINUE’
  10. Check ‘Yes’ to accept the user agreement and then click ‘SUBMIT’
  11. You have now set up your Evolve Student Account. Please note, you must now continue to register for the HESI exam by clicking ‘My Evolve’ and then ‘Student Access’. Please refer to the instructions concerning entering the payment ID for further information.

How to pay for your HESI exam in Evolve

  1. Log in to the Evolve website
  2. Click 'My Evolve' and then click 'Student Access'
  3. Click on the 'Payments' tab
  4. This is where you enter the payment ID from the email you received after register​ing for your testing date. If you have taken HESI before, we recommend that you study the missed/weak areas before attempting this exam.

Adding your student ID to Evolve

  1. Log in to the Evolve website
  2. Click on the 'My Account' link at the top of the screen
  3. Click on 'Account Settings'
  4. Under the 'Your institution' information, make sure ​all information is entered correctly and enter your student ID in the correct box. For students who need to create/change/save their Evolve account information and then register for the exam afterward, plan to update your account information 24-48 hours in advance to confirm your eligibility.
